This Privacy Policy explains how GOOD GAME (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile app and website.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: email, username, profile details (height, region, bio, avatar).
- Activity data: matches, scores, court check-ins, posts, messages, clubs, and social interactions.
- Location data: only when you enable Court Presence — used to show live radar within ~500m of a court.
- Device data: push notification tokens to deliver alerts.
- Media: photos, videos, and reels you upload.
2. How we use your information
- Provide core app features (profiles, arena, chat, clubs, leaderboards).
- Send in-app and push notifications about social and match activity.
- Maintain safety, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes (including admin review of match appeals).
- Improve the service and fix technical issues.
3. Legal bases (UK / GDPR)
We process data based on: performance of our service (account and gameplay), your consent (location presence, push notifications where required), and legitimate interests (security and fraud prevention).
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers (e.g. hosting, authentication, storage) who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention
We keep data while your account is active. When you delete your account in Settings, we permanently delete your auth account and associated personal data, subject to limited legal retention if required.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your account from the app. You may withdraw consent for location features in Settings. Contact us to exercise other GDPR rights.
7. Children
GOOD GAME is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
