By creating an account or using GOOD GAME, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
GOOD GAME is a social platform for streetball players to connect, organise games, track stats, and share content. We do not organise or supervise physical games.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
3. Community rules
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, or threats.
- No false match results, cheating, or abuse of the appeal system.
- Do not upload illegal, explicit, or infringing content.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant GOOD GAME a licence to host, display, and distribute your content within the app for operating the service.
5. Matches & disputes
Scores and rankings are reported by players. GOOD GAME facilitates recording results but does not guarantee accuracy. Disputed matches may be reviewed by admins. See our Liability Waiver for physical activity risks.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOOD GAME is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or participation in games organised through the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
